EAE sponsored the finals of 11th Xingyun New Energy Cup National Auto Maintenance Contest 2019- held by the National Ministry of Transport

During November 19 to 21, 2019, the Xingyun New Energy Cup National Auto Maintenance Final Contest was held at Tianjin Transportation Vocational College. It is a national wide contest jointly organized by the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social security, the All-China Federation of Trade unions and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. EAE sponsored the contest with professional auto lifting equipment which ensured the entire contest went on smoothly.
 
 
The contest has been widely concerned and participated by major vocational colleges and companies in the industries. More than 300 teams came from 24 provinces, cities, autonomous regions and municipalities participated in the provincial trials and only 44 teams was listed for the national finals.It was for the first time the students group was set up in this contest which have expressed that increasingly support and attention was given to the talent training for new energy automobile industry by the four ministries and commissions. 
 
 
To let the contestants get familiar with the operation of the equipment and to ensure the entire contest goes on safely,smoothly and orderly, before the contest, EAE technical professionals conducted the training for all contestants in fields of safe operation regulations , precautions, etc. In addition, at the end of each round of contest, our professionals would check the lifts and reposition the vehicle, so that lifting adapters can quickly reach the pick-up points of the vehicle, making it more convenient for the contestants to lift the vehicle so that all contestants could attained a best performance of themselves.
 
 
EAE electrically released asymmetric two–post lifts were designated as the sole lifting equipment for the contest. 
It has a capacity of 4.5t and is more convenient to operate with locking system being released electrically. The asymmetric design of the two post provides wider door-opening space. It is CE certified by SGS UK and has pass the durability tests of 10000 complete cycles before being put on to the market to ensure a safe and stable running of 10 years under normal use. Safe related devices, such as limit switch for maximum height, roof protective bar, 24V control voltage, Pre-stretched steel wire rope and oil hose with double-layer of wire fabrication have guaranteed all aspects of safety in use.
